On Premise Data Gateway Refresh data missing

I am having a report with ODBC connection which works fine if I load the data on the pbi desktop. When I publish to the service I use a On premises data gateway to refresh the data. The gateway does not return any error but after a particular date no data is loaded. So if I use date range between June 2018 and June 2019 the data will be there, however if I run for September 2019 there is no error but there is also no data. So I decided to install the on premises gateway (personal mode) and test it and if I run the personal gateway the data for September 2019 will load.

Any suggestions why the data is not showing ? Thanks!

    Please refer the links to configure.

    After configured the Gateway, please add a data source under the gateway.

    Now check with "Refresh Now/Scheduled Refresh" for the latest data.

    Could you please share the version of your standard On-Premises Data Gateway? Can you get the data after September 2019?

      Hi v-lid-msft  I don't have access to the actual configuration of the standard gateway, so I don't know what version it is. No I don;t have any data after mid June. 

      I have decided to test both standard and personal mode gateways on my PC and when I installed the standard gateway I was facing the same issue as the original one (there is no data after mid June) but the personal one returns that data. The version of the standard gateway that I used is the latest one 3000.10.248.
