Hi.
I've set up an On-Premis Data Gateway on our 2016 server. It appears to be connected but it doesn't appear in the list on the web. I'm a global admin in our Office 365 portal, and I have the PowerBI Pro license
The setup:
- Opened firewall ports required according to this article (not running https): https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-gateway-onprem-indepth/#forcing-https-comm...
- Set up the service with an internal AD service account with access to the different fileshares/databases etc.
- Connected the gateway with a Office 365 service account (with global admin, no license)
Anyone have any clue as to why I can't see the gateway in Manage Gateways?

Solved: Must login with the same user that you creates the gateway with.
