OData refresh error in Power BI Service

Hi!

I've been trying to refresh a OData Feed with RSA Archer. In PowerBi Desktop everything works fine.
I've also installed a Personal Getaway so the "Data Source Credentials" could appear.

Even when I put the correct credentials it keeps getting the following error: Failed to update data source credentials: Error during evaluation.

I've already read several posts about OData feed but none of them have a solution for this.

Does anyone know what is possibly happening?

Thanks!

    Hi, luismorais_

According to your description, you used the OData feed as the data source, which is from the cloud. So I don’t think you need to use a gateway to configure scheduled refresh for it, you just need to give the correct credential:

What’s more, your Odata feed is from RSA Archer. Does this data source need credential to access? If so, I guess you need to update the credential to the account you used to sign in the data source using the “Basic” mode, like this:

You can also refer to these cases that have the same problem as yours:

      Hi v-robertq-msft !

      Thanks for your response!

I thought the same about the gateway, but it seems strange because I only got access to the Data Source Credentials once I had installed the gateway.

I'd also ensured that the credentials was right and the authentication method was 'Basic' as you suggested, but keep having the same error.
