O365 Usage Analytics Report Connection Error

I just installed the usage report app, but I cannt connect to it.

I tried going into the dataset and readd my credentials and then refreshing.

I tried this on chrome and IE, and nothing works.

I cleared cache, still no good.

I tried making it anonymous and no security, still no good.

The below error was with oAuth private connection.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you configure RLS for your dataset?

If yes, did you assign the shared users to a specific role in Dataset – Security settings? If the shared user does not belong to any role, please add the user to a role and try again.

Or in Power BI, find the dataset corresponding to the Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics template app, select schedule refresh and provide your admin credentials.

If it doesn't work, We suggest you to open a ticket here for help : https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

Let the engineer solve this issue from your point of view.
