Not working metadata translation in Powerbi Excel Online (file connected to sharepoint)

summary :

if i upload excel file(connected to dataset metadata translation is applied) to premium workspace from local PC,

translation is working. 
but i upload same excel file from sharepoint, translation is not working.

Hi, i have a excel file connected with powerbi dataset. (Our project have powerbi service Pro License and dataset is published in premium workspace)
and metadata translation is applied to that dataset measure. (with two language [ko-KR ]and [en-US])
The problem is that when i upload the excel file to workspace with ①Browse button(source excel file is located in my local desktop)
matadata translation is clearly working.

in a case With ② Sharepoint button(source excel file is located in sharepoint site),on the other hand, translation not working.

Browser display language is set to [en-US], so i expected it to look the same in both cases (Measure name  -- ◆en-US_sales_m1)

I've checked several times whether the excel file's matadata translation is working or not, but its worked clearly (①st way, local excel app, even sharepoint online excel edit mode ...)

This is quite big issue for us because we are developing in a second way(upload sharpoint excel file to our workspace)

im not clear that this is real issue or my mistake. thx for reading
