Not receiving email with verification code for new Power BI account

Hello,

I've been trying to create a new Power BI Service account, but since yesterday, after trying dozens of times and checking the spam folder, I haven't received the email with the verification code.

 

What to do?

    webportal,

    Please check that if your email provider is blocking those “Yes, it’s me” emails, if so, you will not be able to get the emails in spam folder as they are filtered out before coming to your mailbox.

      Hello,

       

      No blocking.

      The confirmation e-mail was never sent.

        Please help to provide us a fiddler trace so that we can further troubleshoot the issue.
