Not receiving email notification when a user request for access APP

Hello    I published some of the reports into APP but not getting email notification when a user request report access from the App. It worked fine from the WorkSpace but not working on APP side....

Hi Anonymous 

 

Are you listed in the Contact Information as shown below.

 

I would suggest making sure you are in the Contact information to ensure you receive the email?

Thank you so much for the response GilbertQ. We already added the names into Admin portal seting and it's not working. Any other sugestion you would have how to enable the email notification form APP? Appreciate it!

    Hi there

    What happens if you add the user to the Contact Information?

    Does it then work?

      No, I haven't tried that. Our users are part of user group with 30-50 people in it. so, if I add the user group, would they all receive the email notification when one of the users request for App access? Could you please clarify this? Really appreciate your help!
