Not receiving email notification on dataset refresh failure

Hi All,

I have scheduled the dataset refresh and to test the notification format, made changes in source dataset so that the refresh fails and the notifiaction fires.But i didnt receive the failure staus notification.

Could you please suggest what might be wrong.
