Hi, I am preparing for the PL 300 microsoft data analyst associate certification exam. I want to create a new account on the app.powerbi.com with my e-mail address. When creating a new account, I do not receive a verification code to my e-mail address and I can't create an account. What can I do about this?

I tried to get support using the Turkey support number in the Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support link. They direct me to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com for Power bi support. Only users with an account can get support from this link. Since I don't have an account, I can't get support from here either. I have a problem creating an account.
