Advocate INot getting option to schedule the refresh
Hello,
I am not getting the option to schedule a refresh for this dataset. Everything is grayed out. Could anyone please help?

Hi sonaliverma ,
In that screenshot, you are showing that you have two separate gateways. So, the first thing to do is make sure that you are on the right one. Second, the message states that the gateway is not configured correctly. I suggest that you contact your Gateway Administrator and ask why that might be the case. The Admin will need to ensure that the gateways are setup correctly and that you have permission to use them.

It is saying "not configured correctly" because the optional gateway is not configured. Once I will be able to update the credentials (which is grayed out) , it will be gone.

Have you updated the credentails for 3 online sources (1 Salesforce, 2 Web) under data source credentails section ?

Until then, does the data source for configuring scheduled refreshes work properly? View the connection status of the gateway and the configuration information of the data source.
