No usage data the usage data is outdated with Usage metrics report

Hi guys,

I encountered the error with usage metrics report as below: showing "No usage data, the usage data is outdated,Check the refresh history and data source credentials in the Usage Metrics Report dataset settings".

Then I checked the dataset settings, and got the error message as follows:

Can anyone advise how to solve this problem??? Much appreciated~~~~~~~~~~ BTW I used the account as Admin.
