No option to purchase Power BI Pro license in 365 Admin marketplace

Hi,

I am a Global Administrator for my organization and would like to purchase additional Power BI Pro licenses and assign them to users.  However I cannot find the Power BI Pro license purchase option in the Office Admin marketplace.

But when I navigate to Office 365 marketplace there is no Pro license option visible, only Premium options:

I am able tp purchase additional Office 365 E3 developer licenses without issue. Are there certain organizational/tenant requirements that need to be met in order purchase standalone Pro licenses?

There is no special requirement to purchase a Pro License.  When I looked at my tenant, I do see all 9 options...

So, at least we know that they do exist....

First test, if you go here: Pricing & Product Comparison | Microsoft Power BI  do you see the option to buy the Pro license and the link works for you to actually purchase it?

If so, does that take you back to your instance?  Testing two things here, one, can you actually get there to buy one?  BUT, just as importantly, does it associate with your tenant?  If it does not, I would not buy this here, but at least we know that it is indeed available to you.

You mentioned you have E3, just confirm that you do not also have E5 (because E5 contains Power BI Pro and maybe that is why it is not displayed as a purchase option??).

Another thought that I have, what if you go to this link: https://admin.microsoft.com/ instead of the tenant link that you are using - that link takes me to the MS 365 admin center directly and not through the https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ which gives me a slightly different page.
