No extended pro trial message

Hi, according to Terms I should be eligible to activate Exteded Pro Trial for several my accounts. None of them received notification about possibility to change. I kindly ask for support.

    v-ljerr-msft thank you for your help offer; extended pro trial notifications appeared in the meantime and all my eligible accounts have been successfully migrated into pro trial.

Hi salana,

 

If you are sure that they are eligible, could you please provide us a list of user accounts who do not get the 12 month trial by sending me a private message? :smileyhappy:

Please note that users that have licenses assigned from the Power BI Pro or Power BI Pro Trial subscriptions, within Office 365, are excluded from this offer.

      hi I registered because I got the message, and inadvertently dismissed it in my notifications. How can I send a private message? I do not see the button anywhere.
