New Usage Metrics Report not working

My team noticed earlier this week that when using the new usage metrics report we are seeing most users come in as "Unnamed User" rather than showing the acutal user. Previously we have montitored the same reports (new usage reports turned on) and did not expereince this. The strange part is if you switch the report over to the old view the names come in. Does anyone know what could be causing this, or how to fix it? Is it a Microsoft glitch?

  • Hi Anonymous ,

Then it may be the result of a transient bug, and not a problem with the New Usage Metrics Report itself.

    Hi Anonymous ,

I used the new version of Usage Metrics Report for testing, and it seems that your problem cannot be reproduced, and the information of the accessed users can still be displayed normally.

Maybe you can also refer to the following restrictions to troubleshoot.

Must have been some kind of bug, I was out for a few days and now it's no longer happening. Not sure what it was, but it's working now.
