New Card Reference Label Detail Label Bug

Hi Everyone,

Issue:
I have been using the new card visual in one of my reports. Last week the detail labels started displaying blank in the service while in the desktop they kept functioning correctly.

How to reproduce the bug:
Create a new card>add a reference label>add a detail label to the reference label>publish to the service. Below I have included a screenshot of what I see in the desktop vs the service.

Desktop (everything works as expected):

Service (Bugged):

As seen the detail label displays blank in the service but shows the correct value in the desktop app. If this is a known issue is there a current workaround?

Best Regards,
PSV

Same issue here, however when deleted the reference label on service, and then add in the reference label again, it worked (but it has to be a different field - when I add in the original one it broke the visual)

There are so many issues with the new card visual.

Same issue for me. The bug is available in Chrome and Edge. The reference labels are seen fine in Firefox.

Perhaps this is a javascript issue? Chrome and edge both use the V8 engine whereas firefox uses the spidermonkey engine. Will try some more browsers which use and don't use the V8 engine to see if this is the root cause.

Same issue even using Firefox v122.0

Yep doesn't seem to be based on the javascript engine its using, theres a lot of issues with the new card that microsoft has addressed. Hopefully they either address this directly as its own issue or fix it under the umbrella of issues with the new card.

Same issue here. When will Microsoft fix this?

Same here. Waht happened? All my projects are issue.

I think right now its best to use the new card without detail labels. I was using it to show MoM, QoQ, and YoY calculations. I'm currently only showing the difference in a reference label. Once the PowerBI team fix the issue then we can revert to including the detail labels, where you can show last month and this month in the detail.
