Need help with completing DPIA before using Power BI Pro in England

Hello,

I hope to start using Power BI Pro in the English secondary school I work in.

I need to successfully complete a Data Protection Impact Statement first.

Can some one suggest an easy guide to understanding what happens to any student/teacher data provided to a Power BI dashboard?

Will it stay in the EU? Will staff at Microsoft be able to view this personal data? If I then delete the Power BI Dashboard, is it deleted from Microsfoft's cloud storage. Any help would be appreciated.

    Those are all questions you would need to bring up with the Microsoft Sales and Legal teams.
