Hi there. I have a problem with loading the reports in my site.
Do you know some way to solve it?
Hi there as I understood from our admin he was received many times emails from power bi about
So, may be the problem is there. Does someone has a suggestion how we can improve the performance without increasing the capacity?
Hi @Paskalis ,
Here are some suggestions to enhance the performance of your Power BI report.
1、Reduce data loading and calculations: Remove unused columns and tables, and minimize the use of calculated columns by favoring DAX measures. Additionally, use filters to load only the necessary data.
2、Reduce iterative calculations: Be cautious with row-iterating functions like COUNTX and SUMX, and avoid excessive nested calculations.
3、Minimize report content: Delete visual objects that are not particularly important.
Best Regards,

Hi @Paskalis ,
I found a few references to this where the solution was the disable the "Azure Private Link" from the Admin settings. Or, is this an embedded repot? If it is, check that the "Publish to Web" is enabled. If those two items don't help, can you please let us know more details and then we can help.

Hi, @collinq . I tried to disable Azure private link, but I dont have this option in admin settings. I think that it is some problem with connection to the data base.
Hi. That error means that the link used with Publish to Web feature is no longer available. That could be because the owner or the admin have probably cut it out.
Ask the owner or the admin to check if there is a new report/link to modify the web site.
I hope that helps,
Happy to help!
