For the past 20 days or so, I've been following Service principal profiles for multi-tenancy apps in Power BI Embedded to try and understand if there is some way to make Power BI work with our use case (it's a SaaS product with one database per tenant that's hosted in Azure with 1000+ tenants), and at the moment I am stuck. Let me first describe what I've tried.
Approach: Single Workspace for all tenants, single reporting database
I Want to embed powerbi report in Client's application which serves 1000 of tenants.I want to use Service principal profiles for multi-tenancy apps in Power BI Embedded but using Single Workspace.I know the process which starts with profile creation ,give permission, workspace creation, report publish & embed report.
But my doubt is how can I perform all steps using only single workspace.
Any input on how to integrate Power BI into our use case would be appreciated.

You can try the following workaround, but this requires some familiarity with API interfaces or Power Shell.

Hi @ViralGajjar2904 ,
Please check this -
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-embed-secure
If you have a premium capacity then you can monitor your interactive cpu to understand how well your application is performing or is it causing any overload.
Thanks,
Sai Teja
small side note: You will run into workspace limitations
