Multiple requests to pull same report from Report server

Hi Guys,

I'm using Power automate and have set up parallel branches to export a paginated report from my workspace as PDF to users. I have also set up concurrency control so at any given point in time there would be around 250 requests to get the report from the workspace. Would there be any downtime or errors due to this?

Hi @Sarveshwaran !

It totally depends on teh configuration of your Report Server. How many concurrent sessions it can handle. Also you need to be aware of what queries you are running for your dataset. You might run into SQL bottleneck if your queries are hitting back to DB server.

You need to consider Power BI Report Server limitation, SQL Server / or Any other Datasource you are using what is the maximum capacity you can utilized from these server without degrading the performance.
