Hi Anonymous ,
You could check refresh date and refresh status: completed or failed in Refresh history. If failed, you also could check the error message.

Hi Anonymous
To refresh a report in the service you need:
* A Pro Power Bi License or a Premium Capacity
* You need to install a Power Bi Gateway on premises
* With a Pro license you have up to 8 automatic refeshes per day.
* With Premium you have up to 48 refreshes per day
* You can set up the time for each refresh
* The refresh ends when the dataset is updated
* A notfication email will be sent to a member when the refresh fails
Note: Premium Capacity is expensive and is more recommended for large entreprises(+500 Members)

Not with a Pro license. You need a work around to achieve that
