Microsoft Fabric trail

Hello! My MSFT Fabric trail has been expired. But there is an option to expand the trail to another 60 days, following the directions listed in my Power BI profile. When I requested extention of my trail, nothing happens, even if I see the congratulation! message. Is there something more I needed to do? Please help me to clarify this issue.

Thank you.

    Hi vmichaels

    GilbertQ  Good share!

According to Microsoft Fabric trial, the Fabric trial lasts for 60 days, but can be extended by Microsoft, at their discretion. To request an extension, you need to contact Microsoft Fabric support and provide your trial capacity ID and the reason for the extension. You can find your trial capacity ID in the Account manager under Trial status.

If you have already contacted Microsoft Fabric support and received a confirmation message, but your trial is still not extended, it might take some time for the extension to take effect. Please wait for a few hours and check your trial status again. If the issue persists, please contact Microsoft Fabric support again and provide the details of your request and the confirmation message.

As far as I am aware, the Microsoft Fabric trial cannot be extended for an additional 60 days. You can only use it as a trial for 60 days and then the trial is completed.

I have subscribed Power BI Free and enjoy 60days,  after 60 days ,  it still allow me to extend next free trial (another 60days).   I did not subscribe and Power BI Pro.   in fact that I can enjoy 120 day Power BI free.

Some of users in my company,  they can extend free trial again and again and again.  Totally enjoy 240 days Power BI free trial.

Can you please let me know why people are allowed  extend free trial twice , third time at least

        Hi YiuwaHO,

If the trial period is extended without any action or request from the user, it is due to the Microsoft account team responsible for your company, as they are managing the request with the support team.

      Hi,

How can I contact Microsoft Fabric support?

It's impossible to find any email address to Microsoft support.

I also tried via Fabric Admin Portal and Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric Admin Center, but I can't create a ticket there. The support page on those portals only shows solutions to specific problems and errors in Fabric.
