Microsoft Fabric is stopping me from displaying our premium capacity dashboard

I've got a workspace in a premium capacity, that was previously fine with displaying dashboards on other accounts

It links to an Microsoft account that is used to display dashboards on a TV screen - it was working absolutely fine, now it says I need to get a Microsoft Fabric account, despite the workspace the dashboard is in being hosted in a premium capacity. 

Is there a workaround for this? Getting the Fabric account sorted would just be a headache through organisation - I get the message that my organisation does not allow users to purchase it free, please contact IT admin. It's kind of annoying as this was something that was working entirely fine before.
