1. Confirm your region is availability

   Fabric region availability - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

 

2. Confirm your administrator have enable some options for Fabric in admin portal

 

3. Confirm you have the correct license

 

4. Please try to remove the cache and cookies in your browser and then try again
