Metric Sets - when are they available - says release has been shipped for public preview

On the releases it shays that Metric sets have been released but not seeing them as yet, anyone know when these will be available?

Documentation support for Metric sets is being deployed across regions, it is unclear when it will be available in your region, so please be patient and thanks for your understanding.

Unfortunately, there is no official documentation on Metric sets to know if PPU license is applicable, we need to wait for the official documentation to be updated or the feature to be officially launched. Thank you for your understanding.
