Hi, 

I have used the calculator for the following:

2 pro users (pro account), 8 frequent users (free account) = $5,015/month

if I change it to 10 pro users (pro account) = $5,095/month

Pro users can: Users requiring collaboration, data modelling, content authoring, dashboard, sharing, ad hoc analysis, and report publishing.

Based on this my understanding was if I have 10 pro accounts they can collaborate with each other without the Power BI Premium Report Server subscription. That would bring down the monthly cost to 10 x $9,9 = $99/month. This is a huge difference between the two costs structure.

If the first case is true, if two people want to share and consume dashboards with each other they still need to pay $4,995/month instead of $20/month.

Please clarify my issue.
