Stuck in a Loop!

Problems experienced by a recently expired Pro 60 day trail user.

My 60 day Pro trail has recently expired and I understand that I'm eligible to extend to the 12 month offering  descibed in your announcement but when I try to access the option I get stuck in a loop.

e.g.

I try to access a pro dashboard shared with me get the below message appears - 

When I select upgrade account I'm taken to the power BI webpage with the below Pro offering - 

I select try free and receive the following message - 

Selecting "OK got it" takes me pack to my shared dashboard, which I then try to access and get sent back to the top message.

And round and round we go without ever being able to access the shared dashboard.

How do I regain access to the pro dashboards that have been shared with me as part of my orginal trial?
