Matrix with stepped layout expand button not working after level 2
I have a matrix added to my Power BI report. I need it with the stepped layout enabled. Under "Rows" I have 5 fields added. In Power BI Desktop I can expand all 4 levels without any issues. After publishing in the Power BI Service, I can expand there level 1 without any issues, but I can't expand levels 2 to 4. For level 2, the plus icons for expanding are showing but greyed out. What am I missing?
Thanks Anonymous. Definetely a glitch. I tried everything. I even upgraded Power BI Desktop to the latest version and same happened. Unfortunately the solution for me was to completely remove the matrix and recreate it. Once I recreate it I was able to see it without any issues with all levels in the Power BI Service.

Currently you can drill down as a workaround.
We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.
The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.Best regards.
