try this approch
Update your measure to return BLANK()
Sales Amount =
VAR Result = SUM(Sales[Amount])
RETURN IF(Result = 0, BLANK(), Result)Then
Turn OFF Show items with no data
Matrix visual → Click Month field in Fields pane → Uncheck Show items with no data

Format pane → select the Month field in columns → right-click the Month field in the Columns well → uncheck "Show items with no data"
