Matrix Service Filter Not Working

I have three matrix each representing unique subset categories of my report data - Data: A, B, C. However, my report filters do not filter the B and C matrix when selecting to filter the report by only A (as an example). All my other visuals related only to B and C data go to "blank" - but the B and C matrix data results remain - and "go static". All of this filtering works fine in the Desktop - but not the service. I have the latest version (July) of Desktop. Please help.
