Hi All,
I have faced a issue like when we manually try to refresh the dashboard or else if it's even scheduled getting a "Timeout Error or Was lost exception by IDBCommand prompt".
I have cross checked the error logs in the respective server from their I could find a Error message like "A single value for coloumn in table cannot be determined this can happen when the measure formula refers to a coloumn that contains many values without specifying an aggregation such as min, max, count, or sum to get a single result". Could anyone suggest a solution for this issue.
Appreciate for the best inputs.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Based on the error message provided above “ A single value for coloumn in table cannot be determined this can happen when the measure formula refers to a coloumn that contains many values without specifying an aggregation such as min, max, count, or sum to get a single result”.
It looks as if you are having problems with the measure you created, if you replace it with a calculated column does that solve the problem?
Hope it helps,
Best Regards,

There are totally three Datasource Connection(Excel & SQL) with the dashboard. This is a New issue.
Can you show the M code?
please provide more details. What is the data source? did you always have the issue or is it new? If new, what has changed? Can you show sample Power Query code?
