Management of Report Subscriptions and Embed codes

Hi,

I'm curious about the management of report subscriptions and Embed codes.

The documentation reads that you can manage items that you create.

But what happens when users leave that role or leave the organisation.

 

With embed codes, once the user's permissions are revoked the links invalidate.

Will report subscriptions continue if the creator's permissions change?

Is it possible to view and manage report subscriptions created by others?

 

Is it possible to manage these items in the context of the AD group rather than having them tied to the specific user in a group?

    Hi MungBurger,

     

    Based on the document, it says only the person who created the subscription can manage it. So it is not possible to view and manage report subscriptions created by others.

     

    In adddition, a subscription will end if the Pro license expires, the dashboard or report is deleted by the owner, or the user account used to create the subscription is deleted.

     

    By my test, I'm afraid that we may not manage the items in the context of the AD group.
