Loading Report Page Tooltip Hanging

I have one simple report page tooltip in my Power BI. It works fine on desktop, but when I upload it, it hangs with the message "Loading Report Page Tooltip". On the first page the tool tip is fine, ...

Hi deefens ,

Engineers have deployed the fix patch in a test environment to see if it works, and it is scheduled for release in the '10.4' fix patch. There seems to be a difference in the deployment time of the fix patch in different regions, with the earliest deployment scheduled for '2024.10.27'.

    Hi Anonymous, october 27th has passed and it's still not working for us. Our tenant is in Western Europe region. Could you share an updated expected delivery date?

      Regarding your question, the expected update date is November 2nd. Different regions deploy the fix patch at different times.

    October is coming to a close, and we still hadn’t received any response from Microsoft, which was frustrating. Now, I’ve learned that the engineers are planning to deploy the fix patch in a test environment, and it is scheduled for release in the '10.4' fix patch, with the earliest deployment set for '2024.10.27'.

    I want to clarify that it’s not a data issue; rather, it’s the update range that seems to get lost in the public link, preventing the information from displaying. However, when the user clicks twice on a filter button to refresh the data, it works correctly. Therefore, the user has to click twice to apply the update.

    I appreciate the update and am looking forward to the fix!
