I have one simple report page tooltip in my Power BI. It works fine on desktop, but when I upload it, it hangs with the message "Loading Report Page Tooltip". On the first page the tool tip is fine, but on pages 2 and 3 it hangs, if I change the slicers or something else on the service then the tooltip appears fine, but this obviously isn't ideal for end users.
Can anyone help?
For us, it’s still not working, especially after navigating to another page. It just displays a “Loading report page tooltip" and the tooltip does not appear.
@rajendraongole1 you've just had potentially a dozen folk (and you can add me as well) who are describing previously working visual tooltip pages suddenly not work. I think we'd rather a super user acknowledge the problem may reside with Fabric and not suggest our tooltip pages are too complex. It's a read the room situation.
The weird part is that my tooltip calculates normally but it's just the overlay that won't disappear.
And if i wait keep on trying to get the tooltip as it should be, i eventually get it. I'll try the toggle fix now.
the toggle fix doesn't work. It still keeps doing the same... It's weird, I can see it calculated but the overlay just won't disappear.
Hello, is there any update on solving this bug? It's currently still happening in my developments.
I’m still experiencing this issue. If this is a known bug on Microsoft’s end, could you please provide the bug number and more details?
facing the same issue , any update how to resolve this
The issue is still happening. When I hover over it, it still shows the "Loading Report Page" tooltip. Could you please suggest a solution or let me know when it might be fixed?
glad I found this topic. I've just made change in report and stumbled on this issue. Was quite sure I did something wrong (but how since it works flawlessly in desktop), but nope, it's just a bug on MS side
