Hi all,
I wondering if anyone could help, please. I have Power BI desktop and Gateway connected and working perfectly fine but published report seem to throw an error:
Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
Please help, many thanks in adcance.
Kind regards,
Tanim
Solved! Go to Solution.
Found the solution, bascially after mapping it takes at least 5 minutes to have an effect; even if you restart the Gateway services!

Thank you so much for the reply. I did a few checks and found:
1. Under manage getway the data source all connected with green tick mark. User also mapped.
2. Under datasets the data is refreshing fine. It always shows when it was refreshed last.
3. From the left handside pane if I click it under the Datasets then it shows error.
Any help is much appreciated, many thanks.
Kind regards,
Tanim

By the way, please try to update the on-premise data gateway to the latest version.
