Live Connection Excel Export not available

Based on your error description and screenshots provided, it seems the "Export to .xlsx live data" option is greyed out in your Power BI service "Export" data option, I think you may first check if you have met all the requirements for this feature as mentioned in the blog for this newly published preview feature:
