    Try the Power KPI visual by clicking "Get More Visuals": 

     


    Using this visual ,we can set different interpolation type for each Series:

Hi Gilbert, thanks for taking the time to answer; I've tried turning it off for all series and for individual series and the option for individual lines remains greyed out.

Could you try and download the latest version of power BI  desktop and see if that works?
