License and functionality to allow data export and sorting in a public website
I've been searching in the documentation and forums what license and functionality need to be used for embedding to a pulic website and allowing anyone to export data and to sort by clicking column headers. In non-public reports these features are available by default, but they are turned off, if a report is published to web.
I was certain this wasn't available in any publicly published setup, yet this Estonian website proved me wrong. But... how did they do it?

Hi Vilius_DFN
the reason that it is working is because they are not using Publish to Web but rather using Power BI Embedded which is a different licencing solution where it allows you control everything on the report page yeah. Thanks GilbertQ. I was under impression that this was not available in embedded either. I will need to test it later on.
