    Thank you for following up! Yes, after reviewing the filters on both the dataframes and the visual, simplifying them as much as possible seems to have resolved the issue.

The “Certain filters are not supported” error in the Key Influencers visual often pops up when there's a conflict between the filters applied and the structure of the data or measures being used.

Here are couple suggestions to get it solved:

  • Remove complex calculated measures or columns used as filters

  • Avoid slicers on disconnected tables or many-to-many relationships

  • Simplify or remove recently added filters or slicers

  • Recreate the Key Influencers visual if needed
