Jira API giving "DataSource.Error: The downloaded data is HTML, which isn't the expected type."
JIRA rest api is giving me "DataSource.Error: The downloaded data is HTML, which isn't the expected type. The URL may be wrong or you might not have provided the right credentials to the server." in power bi service although it is working perfectly from desktop. Request some help on this.

Based on the error description, the data source doesn’t return the expected format.
Try to check the URL is correct.
Then, consider the credentials to the service.
Besides, confirm the gateway is configured correctly.
