As of recently, I have been unable to Refresh Now or Schedule Refresh any of my reports. Earlier this week, my Pro Accout trial lapsed, so I am back to the Free User license. I have a suspition that my refresh failures are somewhat related to the pro account expiration.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both PowerBI Desktop and Personal Gateway and still receive the same issues. I have also confirmed that my PBIX files can be manually refreshed from within the report.
My data model is 2.5GB (-__-) if that information is necessary.

Are you using 32-bit? If so, uninstall and reinstall with 64-bit.
That last error looks like a firewall or something blocking the IP address from even communicating with the SQL server. Is this SQL Server on-premises, IaaS or Azure SQL DB?
I am running a 64bit version on PBI Desktop and Personal Gateway. I am connecting to an AzureSQLDB.
My other data sources is azure datamarketplace and excel
