Issue with data refresh in PBI Service from32-bit oracle data base

Hello,

I have a problem while trying to refresh the data from a 32-bit oracle data base. During update data source credential I receive the following error message:

"The attempt to load Oracle client libraries has thrown a 'BadImageFormatException' This problem occurs when running in 64-bit mode when the 32-bit Client components of Oracle are installed."

Does anybody has an idea, how to solve this, without changing the oracle data base client to 64-bit? Thanks.

    HI HolgerS ,

    I'd like to suggest you to install both two versions of oracle connection clients on the device installed gateway client.(power bi will auto choose correct version to refresh data) I haven't found solutions to use unmatched client to refresh data and skip this issue.
