Issue in power bi app

Have you published the power bi report to the web and then updated the APP ?

Also you need to schedule refresh to keep your report updated with the latest data in source system.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I used to refresh in power bi desktop and then publish to workgroup specific. After publish, its my practice to check in app service whether report updated or not. While doing this, from last 2 day I observed that values are not getting updated in app. hence I now I downloaded new release i.e. Nov 2021 and its working. But one thing sure that, there is any issue in multi row card icon which power bi team should check.

Are you saying that when you click the refresh button in the upper right corner of the application page, it will not refresh?

it will not refresh the underlying dataset when you click Refresh button in the upper right corner of the app page. It only refresh the visuals with latest data when the data model has been updated... If you want to trigger the underlying dataset refresh, you can find the corresponding data set, click on the "..." option on the right side of the data set, and select "Refresh Now" to refresh all the data sets involved one by one.
