I would check with your DBA to see what happens on the server at the time this happens?

    Yeah checked all that out - small company so only a few of us overseeing all the IT operations..Failed every day since the 4 completed following the suggested changes;

      I would then contact the data source owner to see if anything is happening at that time?

       

      Also make sure that the Gateway Server has enough memory, CPU and bandwidth when the dataset is updating to make sure it can get to the Power BI Service as quickly as possible.
