    The layout differences between Power BI Desktop and the shared report are usually due to view settings, page size, or how the report is opened.

    Here are a few quick things to check:

    • In the Power BI Service, set the View to “Actual size” to match what you see in Desktop.

    • In Power BI Desktop, use a fixed Page size like 16:9 or Custom, not “Auto.”

    • Make sure the viewer’s browser zoom and Windows display scaling are at 100%.

    • If viewing in Teams, layout may shift slightly—click “Open in Power BI” to view it properly in the browser.
