    Hi sboulanger,

     

    Currently, we can see the issue is not related to the Power BI. In my opinion, maybe the Dynamics CRM forum or IE 11 forum  are more proper. I would suggest you post a thread there to get better suggestions.

sboulanger Please close IE 11 browser, and open it in Start InPrivate Browsing to check if issue persists.

Hi Qiuyun,

 

I've just tried it and it works on my laptop in-private mode.

 

However, on my colleague laptop, in private mode it doesn't seems to work at all.
