Importing map file to shape map

I am working with a dataset dealing with US state level data including US territories. I initially created a visual using filled map to show my US state data but I would now like to include the US territories in my map. I have been unable to find a map file that contains territory information, and I have tried to make my own map file on geojson.io to import into Power BI but with no luck. Has anyone successfully created a US map of states and territories for use in Power BI? I am fairly new to the Power BI community so any advice on the matter is welcome.

Thank you

when you create your map make sure it is in WGS84 projection and in TopoJSON format.
