Advocate IVThis has nothing to do with the App icon image.
This is definitely a bug and the only way I could find to resolve it was by unpublishing the App and republishing it, which means DOWNTIME for my client.

Impactful IndividualYou can always republish the report and then update the App and that should also fix the potential issue of not rendering the images without any downtime for your client, as you are updating the App and not unpublishing and republishing the App.
