Advocate IVImages added to app do not render
I added a page and a few images to existing pages of a report that is included in an app. The app has been published but the new images do not render in the app, only in the report. This is a critical bug as the client approved the changes based on the report but for some reason the newly added images do not appear. Please advise ASAP.Report includes new images

Hi dharland,
I have made a test on your issue but couldn't reproduce your issue, after publish app to the organization, the app icon image can be seen by other user both in app panel and report panel.
If possible, please clear the browser cache and change another browser and try again.

dharlandThis has nothing to do with the App icon image.
This is definitely a bug and the only way I could find to resolve it was by unpublishing the App and republishing it, which means DOWNTIME for my client.

You can always republish the report and then update the App and that should also fix the potential issue of not rendering the images without any downtime for your client, as you are updating the App and not unpublishing and republishing the App.
