If there is an existing report in production that does not match any in test, will it be overwritten

I am setting up a new pipeline using existing workspaces and they both have different content on them. Would it delete the existing dashboards and data connections I have?

If you have an existing report in production that does not match any in test, it will not be overwritten by deploying content from test to production. It will remain as it is in production unless you delete it manually or rename it to match a report in test. Similarly, if you have existing dashboards and data connections in production that do not match any in test, they will not be affected by deploying content from test to production.

It is recommended to backup your existing workspaces and test the pipeline in a safe environment before deploying it to production to avoid any unintended consequences.
