Icons on PowerKPI Matrix not visible when published to APP

 

Hope someone can assist - Since this afternoon I have issues with a PowerKPI Matrix visual once published:

- Status Icons (KPI Indicators) are visible on PowerBI desktop

- Once published, the status icons are visible from my end, but everyone else accessing the report cannot view the status icons (it is blank in the table)

 

Any advice will be appreciated

    Hi Wynand_Hamman,

     

    I have made a test on your issue using the attached sample file but can't reproduce your issue. Please let others clear browser cache and refresh again. If the problom still exists, could share some fiddler trace when the issue happen?

    From My end:
